And since you are a "it's my first day" guy around
here, you should know that offering a sale is
pretty tacky and doesn't sit well with a me or
with a lot of the regulars...

Oh, flucsat is one of the regulars BTW, check
the post count and read some recent posts...
It's obvious to me that he is a pro and therefore
will likely not be calling you for the product.

We ALL have access to most of these products,
it's the Pros portion of the forum.

Stick around and contribute a little around here,
and buy a banner ad if you want to pitch stuff.

I don't agree...I think if you go around here just posting ads all the time yeah - your a jerk off. But if I for example want access to a particular product that I can't get for some reason or will be helping someone out if I take it off their hands...then that seems perfectly reasonable to me. No?

Also...this is the only medium we all use to communicate with eachother regarding our business and businesses...so it's natural that we will occasionally make deals with eachother.

I've used the SpeakerCraft AIM rounds but not the LCRs yet. I've been impressed so far having used the AIM8 Ones and Twos and the enclosures for them. The agree with the Triad suggestions though too, having heard them but never used them.
Why all the fighting and cussing? Can't Dave play nice? We're just here to learn and have fun. It was a harmless jab, laugh and get over it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BTW... S-E-A-R-C-H!!!
or do the work!!!

But IMO, that's what PM and e-mail are for...
Since we all take advantage of Daniel's bandwidth, and NONE of use buy our remotes from him, we should at least keep our own threads clean.

If any long time contributing pros needs anything that I have discussed openly here, you are welcome to contact me privately. I may or may not agree to the trans-ship deal, but I will reply honestly.

I guess I'm not up on who runs Remote Central or what's really going on behind the curtain. And, I certaintly did not know that "Daniel" sells remotes.

I would buy remotes from him to support this site so long as the prices are competitive.

Where is his link to buy?

I think we all should if the case is that 1 guy who sells remotes runs this site.

I haved used the Speakercraft in many installs and they are not too bad. If given the option I would use the Triads for in walls in a theater, but I have never walked out of a theater thinking that the Spekaercrafts did not sound good.

Sorry, I don't have any deals for anybody who needs them though:)

We use lots of AIMs, and they sound good... I wouldn't say 'great', but I've never been wowed by the Speakercraft in general... Solid, but no 'wow' factor. I like the Niles, but we haven't done enough of the DS series for me to have an opinion. They are a snap to install, though... (literally). I wish B&W would come out with one...
