I have a Limousine bus that has Samsung Model SLK407W installed in the vehicle it was purchased 9/30/04. The TV and DVD are playing upside down. I cannot not get a authorised dealer to work on the unit due what they say is a liabilty ,of the unit being in the vehicle. They want me to take the unit out of the vehicle and bring into the shop. I am not able to do that. I have been advised that it's possible that the problem might be in the remote control programing and I should obtain descrete codes.
