I am trying to reboot a router via a bluebolt M4315-Pro but cannot get the mybluebolt site to pull up on my phone or computer. Fails to open page. I've had nothing but headaches with Bluebolt compared to Wattbox. Has the bluebolt page changed?

Typing in mybluebolt.com and hitting enter. Yields a very long page opening. Takes at least 30 seconds for anything to show up.

Doing a PING yields a 10 attempts and 0 success rate. 100% packet loss.

Apparently their site is experiencing some issues.

Eh, they're hosted on a cloud service (Microsoft Azure) so I can believe that ping responses might be disabled.

Seeing incredibly slow response times as well. Something is messed up for sure.

Yea something going on. I got an offline alert from my clients piece and he's not offline. Then I couldn't get the site page to load.

I hope it isn't making his router reset every 30 min.

Don't flood them with calls so they can tend to the problem.

They have been offline since early this morning. An email from them would be nice.

It's possible to be so offline that they can't send one.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

Just got an email acknowledging the problem. Let's hope they get if fixed soon.

So the reason I tried logging into mybluebolt was cause a client called about sporadic Internet issues this morning. Client said when Internet doesn't work, nothing else works either. Possibly these maintenance issues are rebooting the units? Client said it's been stable the past couple of hours now
