Running controller version 4.7.6

Wap firmware is 3.2.something

Can't get this bastard to adopt. I've reset the device many times. tried SSH and that keeps failing.

I've tested the cable which is perfect.

Anyone have any other ideas or this thing just need to be returned?

Thanks,
