I read with interest the thread about time usage, and thanks for it!

I've got a bottleneck of my own, personal and professional, and that's the list of things to do. I've tried one ToDo list app, but it turns out its intention was for me to list the people whom I'd hire to do different tasks. I also had difficulty finding how to enter new things and delete or store, once done.

So those are the things I want the ToDo list to accomplish. Ranking by priority is good. Keeping the Done list would be helpful though not super necessary. And this is only for Android, and must sync with my computer, a Windows 7 beast.

Thanks for any suggestions.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

Try gQueues, you can assign tasks, tags and it does keep your old, completed tasks. Syncs to a browser page and will also sync to your gCal, so you can see what tasks are due on which date/time and by whom. You can also shares lists with others that have gQueues. Its very useful to me, but does cost....$25/year.

we use wunderlist. lets you have categories of lists, that you can then share the entire category with others. ie punch lists with techs, grocery list with just my wife etc...

anyone on the list can edit, you can also assign individual items to people and keep notes
