Hey Guys,

I need some help finding a source for this. I am looking for 12/2, 12/4 and even 10/2, 10/4 speaker wire.

In-wall and/or Direct Burial
High Strand
OFC

I'm having difficulty finding these with my current suppliers. If you know where I could source this, please feel free PM me with the info.

Thanks!

I think Liberty goes up to 12/2 and 12/4. I'd try Belden or West Penn. Bulk 10/4 is some pretty heavy stuff. Are you trying to hang the speakers with it or is that for the 30A power circuit to your rack ;) That being said, any electrical distributor will likely have it for that purpose.

Take a look at Mogami.  I installed a few thousand feet of their 2 & 4 conductor cable at a job last year.  It's metric sized, but the largest available conductor size is 4mm which is around 11AWG.

[Link: mogamicable.com]

The 11awg 2C lists for about $3.60ft and the 4C lists for about $6.40ft

It's nice stuff and nto that expensive compared to other specialty cable.

If you're interested you can PM me for contact info.

Monoprice sells 12 AWG, though I'm sure it's labelled Monoprice.

Belden 1311a 12/2 is fantastic. Low capacitance, high strand count, direct burial and in-wall rated...Just order early because supplies are often low.

I've always been a fan of over sizing speaker wire but 10 gauge?

What equipment are you using?

I's it a 2 channel set up?

Only 9 posts before someone finally asks "Let's back up a step and examine the need for this request; maybe we're being asked to source a hare-brained solution to a problem." (Nobody said hare-brained, but it kinda fits.)
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.
