Need to get an NVR composite video out into a component distribution. Worst case I'm thinking an avr in the rack but would like something less Kustom

I wouldn't doubt it but amazon does have them left and ships from them via Prime.

Using composite out means that you're limited in resolution.
Not knowing the monitor sizes, that might be fine.

Your NVR doesn't have any other, HD outputs, such as HDMI, VGA, etc?

I've done this before many times with RF modulators.
That was in the days where we had BNC in and out on the chassis or breakout cable.
