Has anyone has this error before?
"The track "..." from the album "...." was skipped because the server is not authorized to play it?

There were a few Sony releases that had some copy protection back in the day. Think on was a Michael Jackson album and I can't remember the other ones. They got pulled quickly as people were bitching.

are you syncing to itunes? that happens when folks still have old M4p's in their library. Client needs to upgrade those tracks to m4a.
