I think we are all wondering why anyone would touch it in the first place. Any downloaded games will have to be re-downloaded. Every account will have to be signed into with the email & password.

Sounds like the Kinect is broken, to be honest. Just a time vampire / abortion that makes us all uneasy.

I know how this goes... we all had a client where we fixed or touched something that we shouldn't have and inherited that problem. Dwayne Wade bought his mom and family a house with an existing URC system and we put some Crestron in for the remaining rooms as a separate system. His mom (very nice lady) told me a few buttons for the master bedroom MX-850 didn't work, and me, wanting to be the hero, decided to download the remote config and fix them... huge mistake.

No downloaded games, just a few discs.

I'm not a gamer, never gonna happen. I'll look for info about just about anything, but if it's not interesting to me, I'll be less than enthusiastic.
