I want to know if others are having a tough time with them as of late. We are experiencing some pretty sloppy customer service issues. We actually really like the company and chairs but things have been pretty rough as of late.
Is anyone else having issues?

We use them quite a bit. Not really any issue to speak of. However, now that you mention it, they did start and complete and order that was specifically noted to NOT start until we called them with a start date. I chalked it up as human error on their part. Also, another order was to be ready a couple weeks ago. In no hurry so havent called them. Wonder if they ARE ready no and service is slacking? Not sure but could be. I was up there a last month and I know they are slammed. No excuse.
Agreed, we love United Leather. Great people. Great product. Hard to beat fair and honest folks.
