Same boat here. The accommodation deal on Luxul is almost too good to pass up (ebay if it does not work out so good). I am going to A/B their 1510 WAP with the UniFi AC Pro if I can get my hands on one. Luxul 4400 router has been our go to for a couple of years now and no issues to this date.

I've had great success using UniFi for a few years now. Both with UAP's and UAP Pro models. Makes a change to the useless nonsense we were using before from edimax, nether, draytek etc.

If the budget allows we use ruckus, but I haven't tried the unleashed kit yet.

Feedback I hear from Luxul installers is not great. We have looked at it but it was at the upper end of the price spectrum. Throughput speeds are the biggest complaint I hear.

As for support with Ubiquiti, I must be lucky. But I'm optimistic our distributor will be helpful as their training has been excellent so far.
Sticking to what I'm good at.

Put my luxul order in yesterday. I am going to try and get a UAP-AC-PRO add well to do a comparo with the XAP1510.

Just curious. To those that say Luxul has been problematic or slow throughput. Was this using older legacy products or their newer stuff?
