I'm looking for a 12v 30amp reversible polarity motor controller for a powered louver roof we are going to install at the bar.

This is the contoller it comes with

Ideally I would like to be able to control it via my RadioRa system, have it auto close on a rain sensor and have rs232 to report open/closed back to command fusion.

So, at the bare minimum, contact closures fed from a vcrx and pick up the status by querying RA.

Is that peak current, or constant? Does it have any way to end the cycle, e.g., micro-switch or current sense or will it be a timed event?

I'd be surprised that the manufacturer doesn't offer these kinds of accessories- are they too expensive?

Are you trying to avoid DIY? If you're willing to do that, Bosch 12V relays would work and with a pulse stretcher (555 timer circuit), you could fine tune it pretty well. Once it reaches the limit, an auto-reset breaker would stop it.

This might work-

My mechanic told me, "I couldn't repair your brakes, so I made your horn louder."
