Savant has taken over Litetouch, and I was pretty impressed with the support they gave me (not being a savant dealer myself), when I recently had to integrate an old LC5000 with an RTI system. Finding replacement parts may be difficult for older hardware, and after the experience I had with it I'd strongly recommend that you convince them to upgrade/convert it to a newer lighting system. If they are sticking with it though and you have to control it, it can be done with a little perseverance and a lot of patience.
One thing to be aware of is that they officially do not sell/manufacture the network interface card for it anymore, but it will work with the Lantronix RS232 to Ethernet bridge (apparently the old one was using the Lantronix chip as well).
I'd say call Savant and see if they can help you, my biggest issue was that the LC5000 was so old that the latest version of the software couldn't dump the programming from it. They were amazing and helped me obtain the very old specific version (3.8.1 iirc), that I needed in order to first dump and then convert (they changed the software a lot around version 4 or so), upgrade and then finally edit the configuration.
I should also note that the one I worked on actually had an Ethernet adapter installed already but I needed to update its firmware first before it would allow a successful dump of the config. Also, the old version 3.8.1 that was required had a ton of problems installing in windows 8.1 or 7 and I ended up needing to use a Windows XP SP3 VM (and even then I had to manually fix the installer for the database engine to even get the program to save the dump as an actual Litetouch file).
Basically a huge PIA that should have been an upgrade.
