The majority of Hollywood is run by a bunch of old white Jews.

You talkin about that Gay Mafia... they ruint a bunch of those child stars. Just a bunch of sick pedos who happen to be old white Jewish guys who run Hollyweird.

A good example is Chess Records. If you think Leonard Chess was oblivious to what Blacks can do, guess again.

Is the SAT racist? Maybe

Is the judicial system racist? Possibly

Are the police racist? Probably.

Again I can't stand this...

Are police racist? I'm sure there is a lot of prejudice they have towards African Americans because of what they experience. I'm not saying that all black people are criminals. But when a group, white, black, whoever are on the lower portion of the economic scale, they commit more crimes. Because of this, law enforcement are likely to have a prejudice towards whatever group that is the economically depressed. And frankly I don't blame them.

Is Hollywood racist? Who the f**k cares? Sorry, I really can't get emotionally invested in extremely wealthy celebrities whining because they got snubbed for an award that is pointless and has been proven year after year to be out of touch with the actual public's opinion.

When they have separate award shows that ONLY honor African American roles then it's hard not to see the injustice in that....

Look I make assumptions every day. I go into a Walmart, which is my least favorite thing in the entire world and I see a 350lb. white women, I instantly think of white trash. Doesn't mean I hate all white people or people who are overweight. Maybe black people have to work harder to prove themselves but that is why this country is great. If you act like an American and not a thug, you can go a long ways! Screw the whiners and the people who want shit for free!

And a sweeping generalization about Jews in the entertainment industry doesn't apply? Really?

Not on the radar? Yeah, it is and a documentary about media coverage and stereotyping from the Black and Jewish standpoint was directed and written by Jewish people.

It's not hard to find info about the connections.

Most of America is with you in making a statement like this. The problem is that all of us, in making this statement, TOTALLY overlook that attitudes to people based on experience is the complete opposite of prejudice. I mean, look at the word: PRE + JUDICE where judice has to do with making judgments. Prejudice is judging someone BEFORE you are acquainted with them. When you run into one after another after another person of a group, and they all tend to behave similarly, you are not prejudiced to be on guard against all of that group. You are showing good judgment. This kind of good judgment is condemned in the world of the politically correct. (Political correctness is avoiding offending anyone, no matter how big the lie you have to tell.)

I'm not saying that all black people are criminals. But when a group, white, black, whoever are on the lower portion of the economic scale, they commit more crimes.

Yes, but economically depressed people are not the people committing the crimes. The crimers are people who have not had the guidance of a father, nor the knowledge of something larger than themselves that defines how they should act. Liberal programs that were supposed to help blacks by assisting them with money acted in the reverse way because the rules encouraged households with no men. No fathers. No strong male role model.

See, eighty years ago there were A LOT of poor people who did not commit crime. And the professional criminals? They were not poor people, in fact far from it. Is the mafia poor? Hardly. They do, however lack rules that the rest of society follows.

Because of this, law enforcement are likely to have a prejudice towards whatever group that is the economically depressed. And frankly I don't blame them.

Again I disagree with you: this is not prejudice. This is very intelligent judgment.

When they have separate award shows that ONLY honor African American roles then it's hard not to see the injustice in that....

When I first saw those words I almost suggested "well, they might be separate, but they can be equal!" That idea never works. But isn't it interesting that when a college dorm is integrated, there will be dining hall tables with only black people at them? Nobody forced them to sit together, but someone might cry racism at the college, even though the college had no part in who sits where.

Look, I make assumptions every day.

Good black people have to work harder, unfortunately, because of the disproportionate percentage of crime committed by blacks. And not because of poverty, but because of other influences of lack of good influences.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

So that makes racism ok? I don't think so. Badges aren't free passes.

Again, I don't give a crap about useless awards being handed out to spoiled rich brats. I don't care what awards show or what channel. I also am not offended by BET catering only to African Americans as long as we still have TNT

When the feds arrest Italian and Russian mafia members do you think that they have their guns out just in case...because of how many people they kill?

Once a cop becomes prejudiced against a particular race religion or sex for whatever reason its time to turn in their badge because they wont be able to do their job properly.

There are rules and regulations to follow and nowhere does it say "when they are black or Muslim or women or gay do this...but when they are white males do this".

No one says being a cop is easy. No one ever said that. As a matter of fact its always been the opposite. The job is hard. If you are a p#ssy or a moron you can go sell shoes, wash cars or flip burgers. Don't get in the way of someone who is actually capable of doing a hard job properly.

I dunno, I grew up in Woodland Hills, Tarzana and Encino Hills. 80% (maybe more) of the girls I dated in High School were Jewish and many of their fathers were associated with the Hollywood good old boy club. Maybe it's different now (my experience was in the mid 70s), but Hollywood at that time was completely run by Jews. You had to be an insider to move up in rank too. I also worked in Hollywood during that time (not in the entertainment businesses directly) and my impression was galvanized by the few years I worked on that side of the hill.

Perhaps its a "generalization", but I was pretty close to the nucleus, and I had no prior bias.

I have nothing against Jews personally, other that my general distaste for all religions.

As Fins stated, I don't give a rat's ass what these wankers do. They can suffer the fallout (if any), but I'm pretty apathetic of any hardship anyone in that industry wants to claim. Let them boycott, that is their right. But don't ask me to care.

Sitting around waiting for a speeder isn't what i was talking about. The hard part is "what do you do when __________ happens?"

One case in particular that has been in the news is the Tamir Rice case. Unlike the typical cop shoots someone they shouldn't case this one is more complicated. You have reports of someone in a park with a gun. Forget that its a kid or a grown up or a cat or a bear. It's a report about a gun being wielded at the park. Period.

Cops are sent to see whats going on. Driver of cop car makes the decision to drive within feet of the person with what could be a gun. Passenger cop jumps out of car and has seconds to make a decision. His decision is to shoot first ask questions later.

Thats a hard decision to make. It's hard for me to say i wouldn't do the same thing. If i were on a jury i wouldn't be able to convict that cop even though it was a toy gun and a kid.

Case closed? No not by a long shot. This cop should have never had to make that hard decision. His partner put him in that situation. His partner could have stopped 20/30/50 feet back and yelled out the window or used their mega phone to say "put the gun down".

So is the driver at fault? I am sure he broke some rule or didnt follow procedure but is it enough to put him in jail or even fire him? I don't know. Bottom line is that being a police officer is a difficult job when difficult situations pop up.

300 pound 5'8" guys shouldn't be cops. 95 pound women should not be cops. People who lack reading and comprehension skills should not be cops. It's a difficult job that requires supermen and women. They need to be strong and smart so that they survive and so that we survive.

That move by those cops were so chickenshit I wouldn't even call it police work. Caller to 911 said it were likely to be a kid with a toy.

I'd say most cops fall into the chickenshit category. Like these tough guys in Ohio:

It's been documented that police work draws a certain kind of psycho personality... and police departments won't take applicants if their IQ is over a certain level - they specifically looking for slight imbeciles to join the force.

Same goes for armored truck employees. You want them just smart enough to be able to differentiate between a green light and a red light, but not smart enough to figure out how to make off with all that cash.
