Hahaha...  As a Minnesota fan, have to say it was satisfying watching them lose (at least in the first half).

As a Bears fan, you probably know I wanted to see the Packers go down, but I would have liked to see the Vikings represent the NFC North in the Super Bowl.

Yeah, we suuuucked in the first half. Second half we shut THEM out scoring 24 points, and if we had recovered the onside kick, it would have been a historic comeback.

Any given Sunday...

The Seahawks got their asses handed to them in the first half. And if you watched the game you may have noticed that the Panthers quit pass rushing and started to "save " their players for the next game in the second half. When the Panthers pass rushed, Wilson didn't have a chance. Playing soft in the secondary, and not pass rushing in the second half allowed the Panthers to avoid injury, rest, and play second string players(which most are as good as the first string). A big comeback was NOT going to happen!

And as a side note, no Panther fan pulled the fire alarm in the Seahawks hotel at 3am like someone did when the Panthers went to Seattle and kicked the ass of both the team and the 12th (wo)man in the stands. When you need a stadium built on purpose that amplifies the sound so the visiting team can't hear the plays being called, you should be labeled cheaters. To bad that crap doesn't work on a superior team such as the Panthers!

Without our best receiver, the Panthers have still proven to the non believers that we are a great team, and I love to see the commentators eat crow after every Panther win when they choose the other team to win in the pre-show.

PS, Stanley has already found an out on a previous post saying, that his Seahawks were a bunch of overpaid thugs..blah, blah,blah...

Stanleys" exact quote: "This season, my enthusiasm for my team is pretty low... A bunch of money-grubbing jerks."

Notice I did respect the losing team by capitalizing their name in this post. I'm a football fan, not a hater!

GO PANTHERS, KEEP POUNDING!!!!!!!!

Well, the stadium got pretty quiet in the second half. Cam Newton ripping the 12th man flag and throwing it away was pretty low-class. I'm not butt-hurt, we still played a good second half after our adjustments. We will see you next season. Didnt we beat you 4 out of the last five games?

And yeah, I hate it when players hold out for tons of money, at the expense of the team and season.

How exactly does the design of our stadium that amplifies the crowd equate to cheating ??? Hahahaha See you next season.

Yeah, when we are blowing a team out we relax and drink more beer(or moonshine).

If you are referring to Cam ripping down the Packers banner, other team banners and signs are not permitted in our Stadium, and I think it fired the team up because we kicked the Packer's asses that day too!

And yes, I agree the Seahawks are a bunch of money grubbing jerks. Your'e words not mine, so don't be hatin".

It would seem to me that both teams should have the same chances to perform the game, so amplifying the sound through stadium design so the visiting team can not hear plays seems unfair. Maybe next time we play the Seahawks we can use laser pointers in the stands in the eyes of the players to distract from their normal playing. You know sight, sound , smell, etc. The Seahawks did have a second half advantage because they were stinking it up quite well.

If I recall correctly, we beat you the last 2 meetings, so I think you might want to check your stats.

Yes, we will see you next year, but our year is not over yet like yours is.

Manning has yet to perform his annual last game collapse he is so well known for.

I am not a Seahawks fan, but the design of their stadium was brilliant. Maybe you are not aware of the term, home field advantage.

Home field advantage should mean that you didn't have to travel 3000 miles and sleep in a strange bed the night before the game. But it does go on every game. Some teams get the turf to suit the way they want to play, some heat or cool the indoor stadiums the way they want it to be, etc., etc. Some inflate the ball the way their quarterback likes! I remember a superbowl where the snow was cleared for the kicker to win the game (late 80s?,Giants?). This thread was started to mainly to get Stanley"s feathers up so I was just bashing his team a little and the stadium thing was just a plus. I kind of like it when they start out real loud and then start getting their butts kicked and the stadium and 12 th (wo)man gets real quiet. I don't take any of it real serious but Stanley crowed loud and often when his team was doing well, so its been fun giving it back.

And I have heard of home field advantage. The Panthers have enjoyed it every game in the playoffs this year!
