Ed will be known as the Tiger Woods of the integration business, followed closely with the renaming of his company to "Hotties A/V". The tag line will be "We like big racks and tight holes"...

I packed up the job and had my radio on classic rock from the drive this morning. They played 5 eagles songs in a row, I was thinking this was awesome to catch a string like that, and then the DJs came on and said that glen Frey had passed :(

So sad and just too young.

I'm going to pour some whiskey, and put my hotel California record on the record player and get lost in the eagles tonight!

They are by far my favorite band, the music industry lost a legend today!

RIP Glen :/

Since I passed that number awhile ago, I would seriously have to agree.

Musicians just live a hard life. That old "Live fast, die young" sort of thing.

Damn sure glad I caught the concert here in May!

It is not that death is taking a toll on the music industry. It is just that the only musicians that we will miss are the ones who are old. No one will care in 40 years if beiber dies. Or Beyonce. Or Kanye. Or gaga. Or ....insert favorite pop star here. :)

Musical icons are no longer being produced sadly.

Grew up with his music. Saw the Eagles on their first tour, with Dan Fogleberg (whom also passed).

Great memories, music and talent. Take it Easy.

Damn, I'm almost getting to his age. Everyday counts.

Like the Dude, I hate the Eagles. Fry and Walsh are OK. Sad to see him go. He is pretty sick to watch live, like in the hell freezes over DVD.

Many years ago I tolerated the Eagles, but as the years went by, my benevolence towards them waned.

I don't consider Joe Walsh a relevant member even though he played a role on the last 2 albums before the got back together to milk the cow. I always liked Joe though.

Glen's passing is sad though... and does now give even more relevance to Mojo Nixon's song about Don Henley (if anyone knows what I'm referring to).
Chasing Ernie's post count, one useless post at a time.
