I just checked and the SR-IT-WIREMGT-HORZ does work in the front of the FS racks with the door closed. The dimension listed online seems to be off. It is just over 2" deep, not the 2.57" listed. I will update that.

2", therefore it can fit between the front rail and the front door. There is about 2.5" between the front rail and front door.

The AP dimension is probably 2.57", front to back, in the middle, but the plate at the back appears slightly recessed from the front rails.

Correct Neurorad, the part protrudes 2.25" from the front edge of the rack rail to the front edge of the wire management piece, but the total depth is 2.57" because of the slightly recessed portion.
