Panansonic phone system.. at house please help.

he is using the 624 phone system.
I am just fishing up an install and the customer wants when he pics up the phone to go right to CO1. I told him that would knock out the intercom he said he doesn't care. SO does anyone know the pgm code for that??

ALso he wants to be able to shut off al lmusic on hold b/c when he picks up he phone call from a non phone system, the music does not shut off..

ANy help would be great as i a stuck on the job now.

yes i do of course... Bt there is nothign about the pick up to CO 1 and shutting hte music off on hold. It just gives you differnt ring pattersn on hold.

Lonny..I know the book is a bitch..But default to any line on pickup is in programming..You just have to find that code..It may be a phone default and not ksu default..can't quite remember..The music setting I am not familiar with..Some phone guru's please chime in here...

Flip Program switch to 'pgm' and dial 12, then store...
That takes care of the CO 1 problem...

PS you have to do it at each extension

Just unplug the MOH from the brain... I don't think the 624 has built-in MOH

The 624 has no MOH just what you feed in.
