Is there a device that can convert composite video (one wire) to component video (3 wires)?

Also, most mid to highend AV Receivers also do the conversion for you now as well.
This is an extremely common thing now-adays.

Steve, keep in mind that the "conversion" doesn't improve the video image, it merely makes the signal compatible.
