Others have suggested establishing a charge on the invoice, and, if you are feeling benevolent, offering a one time offsetting discount to wipe the slate clean.
Why?
1. It makes customer understand that you value your time 2. You make the customer understand that it is a one time favor 3. In some fashion, customer is now "owing you" a favor.
