Take over project, client has a Niles ICS system and several of the display keypads around. One of them never fully powers up it just says Network Initialization with a high pitched sound coming from the unit. I have no experience with these but am assuming this has failed. Anybody with more experience have any input?

I did pull the unit out of the wall and try connecting directly to the main unit with a new ethernet cable and tried several ports.

I sent one in for repair about 3 months ago. Was doing about the same thing. No display and a high pitched sound.

Glack,
I hope they repair it soon.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

It's back and reinstalled, working fine.

Don't remember the charges to repair.
