I have to use the download wizard to pull progamming of off a xp8, how do I get the iPad programming as well. It didn't show up in the ID file.

Unless its saved on your computer or somehwere where you have a
true "as built" copy there is not a way. At all!
If its a take over job you could always ask the other company for a
copy, as long as the customer is paid up. Or, if you are the customer, you could ask your install company yourself, but this has been a long standing question over intellectual property.
Some companie would give it up if nice, or if they were fed up with the customer, but others may just tell you to pound sand.
