Is this for real or a prank?

Civil War reenactment is LARPing for people with no imagination.

For real, though in everyday usage it's usually shortened to Llanfair PG.

Very real. Was watching it and had to pause and rewind just to hear him say it flawlessly again.

For those wanting to give it a go...

And slightly off track, a few mispronounced place names...

As I mentioned in the Youtube comments, Gloucester, Worcester and Leominster are mentioned, but not Hereford. Should be fairly straight forward, but hearing Robert Di Nero mangle it in Ronin made me chuckle a little.

Interesting. I've never heard it pronounced. Thanks for that.

OT, though, isn't it? I mean, aside from the fact that I did a custom lighting control installation* in my apartment on Landfair near UCLA when I was a student there, how does this in any way relate?

Didn't we already have battles over not using OT properly?

*about 200 watts of lighting at 120 volts. wired with the college electrician's inexpensive friend, indoor telephone wire. It's a miracle the place didn't burn down. Learned a lot since then!
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

Yup, that's just about what RDN said. It should actually sound like this...

And just to confuse the issue slightly, the Welsh name for Hereford is Henffordd - Gloucester is Caerloyw, Worcester is Caerwrangon and Leominster is Llanllieni.
