Thinking about these as part of a budget Atmos system. Anyone used them? They would be paired with a mid-upper range Denon. (Episode fronts might be an option as well, or at least a comparison)

I have the Q900's, Q600c, and Q300s in my theater driven by a URC DMS-AV. I think they provide a nice, clean sound for movies. Would like a little crisper for music, but a better amp/eq might help with that. Overall I like them very much.

I have always liked Kef speakers. Got burned by their availability online for deep discount, though.

We are a KEF dealer and almost all of their speakers are great. The Q towers are no exception.

However, I can't stand how they sell direct to the consumer through facebook, etc. It's like a big middle finger to me.

We have been with KEF for many years now and really like what the line offers. I do agree with CGAV that they have too much of an online presence. However, the sales team is very communicative and supportive.

The Q series is fantastic, we just sold a theater room package a couple of months ago and the client is extremely happy.
