Looking for a switcher that will do two inputs and four outputs for viewing A Request and second zone on Via panels, So Ir control is needed . I can use an Elan Z880 but there must be a more cost effective way of doing this. Thanks for the input.

AVToolbox sells a lot of small Black box solutions like this. I think they have a 4x4 composite Matrix for under $250 list.

Yep,
They've got a 4x4 matrix. Works great. We use their products quite a bit. They work well.
