The unit is a 1 bedroom condo. Office is a small theater. Mcintosh 2ch system in the bedroom and living room. Going to do motions on all lights, nest, pipe streaming music to all systems, going to try locks if condo allows it. Any ideas for something out of the ordinary in such a small space?

Viking and Sub Zero integration, LED strips for the toe kicks of the Kitchen cabinets and Trufig. Shades throughout with daylight sensors (if going Lutron on lighting and occ/vac sensors). Homekit proximity sensors. H2O sensors at water heater and washing machine. Alarm integration. Text alerts. Mag locks instead of zigbee dead bolts...
