Thanks for googling his name. You saved me the trouble. I wonder if the book starts out describing his public shaming by a group of high-minded snobs whom just couldn't understand what he was driving at! (And whom were correct!)
(Used "whom" wrong on purpose. Two times.) In an industry with so many bad spellers and grammarians, to who does it really matter? :D
