Just received the Stage One I(and my customers) have been waiting on for months. Aragon shipped a Neo with this preamp(decent remote for anyone who hasnt played with one yet) and an old copy of NeoEdit. The old software is not a big deal as you can get the newer software here. you will also need the firmware update software, as the old firmware in the remote must be upgraded to allow you to upload from the remote to make changes as needed. the problem is that when you upgrade the firmware, you will lose the file that Arargon has built for the Stage One. I have received a copy of the Aragon .ncf file and sent it to Remote Central to post and also posted it on our company website at www.soundecisionsllc.com, if I can be of any help to anyone with this problem e-mail me and let me know. Our company has a stage one aragon pre-amp. i would like to copy the ir codes to our mx-500 remote,but cant. Does anyone have a way to copy the remote codes. i have tried to learn the codes but they do not work

My MX500 won't learn any codes from my Pronto Neo for my Aragon Stage One commands. I have always used the MX500 for all my other equiptment and It has learned EVERY other command from EVERY other remote. It just won't learn anything from the Pronto Neo. Does anyone have a solution!!!!!!
