During my time at the solar company, left 2 weeks ago... I've noticed that. But on my side of the state, the term traffic isn't know much by us. The 5pm rush hour over here? Maybe 10 to 15 cars deep at a traffic light with a left only and a straight/right turn. Traffic on the highway!? Never heard of it, except for a crash, but not for a "just because".
