Guys some of you may know already but if you haven't heard but south jersey is under a state of emergency, yesterday afternoon we had a severe storm that took out a lot of homes. We won't get power until the weekend..

Fortunately were safe but our house suffered significant damage. Cell coverage is spotty to non exhisteant. I hope this posts, got a text that someone was trying to get a hold of me.

It's pretty crazy here.

Sorry to hear that. Glad you are okay. I had paid no attention to the news, so I had no idea.

Stay dry. Have you gotten any "internet/tv/whatever isn't working" calls yet?

I dont know as cell coverage has still been really spotty. Its been slightly better today but goes in and out from 1x-1 bar of 3g and 1 bar of LTE. Emails poor in when LTE comes on, Im having a major problem communicating to clients about my situation. Texts poor in but I have noidea when people send them and If people are actually receive them.

Phone calls do not work, cant call out...occasionally ill get a new voicemail. The main problem is There is high voltage line not 1/4 mile down the road that is crossing the road with a tree entangled in it. 1/8 of a mile the other way Is a gas break so they have the road tore up. Aside from walking everyone is stuck in our development until one end or the other gets cleared.

From my clients yes, today was the first day cell coverage has been back. Still goes in and out but it's better then it has been.

Still no power, they are saying one end of the other of the road will be open by tomorrow afternoon. Cabin fever has set in and I'm about to lose it! Lol

Like I tell my clients when the power is out:

Light some candles and read a book, or empty the booze cabinet and go to sleep.

The days will just go by.... :-)
