Let the service calls begin

If you go to 702 it pulls up a message saying you no longer need to go to 600's , 700's or 800's to see hd channels

That means nothing. Cable One started sending out notifications 6 months in advance of their switching to all digital and requiring TVs to have some sort of digital box to receive channels. We still had people call up the day after they turned off the analog service saying "We have no TV!" Some people either do not read their mail, or do not comprehend it.

If this is exactly what happens, then of course there will be problems. It tells you you don't need to do something to see HD channels, but it doesn't tell you what you actually DO to see HD channels.

This is what happens if you go to 702. What happens if you go to channels up there other than 702?
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.
