Hey guys!

I am looking for a small rack mount system. I have 19.75" depth and 26" of height to work with.. (I have all the width I need).

I only need to mount the following components:

Voom STB
Receiver
DVD Player
4x2 Component Video Switcher
and if there is enough room, a VCR, if not, I'd like to get a DVD/VCR combo.

May someone suggest what I can use for a rack mount system for this?

I use the Rak-Master from Holovision in jobs that require an easy to assemble pull out rack that can swivel 180 degrees if need be.

They have all heights and I think the depth is right around 22" deep, if you recess the back the rails into the wall I think you can make it 19 3/4 no problem.

Hey there!

That's a really neat rack, but I don't think I can cut into the cabinet (it's over $10,000 made in France). I found a rack that will *just* fit, it's made by Middle Atlantic. Coincidentally, they make a *lot* of stuff that I want to buy. I've been shooting off e-mails all morning trying to find a place to buy their gear, but I can't seem to find anywhere.

Does anyone know a web-retailler or who I could contact to purchase Middle Atlantic gear?

I think that this individual is looking for a retail outlet for Middle Atlantic. I would hope that AVAD has not sunken to the level of selling directly to our customers, even though they will sell directly to builders. I know that my local AVAD distributor, as much as I hate to deal with them, at least requires that you be a reseller of some type to buy from them.

As to the original post, if you would provide us with your location in the USA, we could maybe point you towards a retailer/custom installer that could sell you the equipment that you need. You would be well off to go with someone that is knowledgeable with ordering Middle Atlantic producsts, as you need to make sure that each individual component will fit into the rack, and that it will spin after it is mounted. Your opening depth would be your most likely downfall as many A/V receivers require more than 19" of depth, and you still have to allow for room to plug stuff in.

Get someone that knows how to spec the proper equipment and how to mount it properly.
