Has anyone encountered this type of problem before? I have several customers that have DaLite rolling screens with the IR module accessory that cannot use the IR with the screen even though the commands are learned into the Marantz 5400 remote. The IR codes will learn, but apparently the Marantz software is "cleaning up" the hex code, and therefore not allowing the Dalite screen IR codes to perform as intended. Marantz says they have not heard of this type of problem before ( I doubt that, with as many Marantz/Dalite dealers out there), so I thought I would ask here, to see if anyone has any thoughts on the situation. My customers ( and moreso myself) will be grateful!

I have has problems with theather touch software before. As I used the exploded view, I was finding that it would "clean up/modify" the code strings! Very frustrating and alot of time lost. I had ended up copying and pasting code strings from Rem Cen for fix. Maybe try to learn codes into a pronto (ng series) and marantz (5400). THen use the exploded view and compare. Good luck.
