I don't ever sell Vizio, which makes me ignorant of Vizio's evolution.

Since I began recommending tvs in 2009, I've told customers to avoid Vizio because they can not be repaired locally and they did not have discreet codes. Discreets exist now.

Is it still true that they have to be shipped to the V. plant for repair or be thrown in the garbage?

But I think it is based on how old the panel is. The newer it is, the better the chance it can be repaired closer to home
