I've verified it. Everything works fine until I turn on the TV. Then the Dish remote (and other universal remotes) stop working the dish 301 receiver. I turn the tv off and the remote works again.

I've tried the dish remote, the 9910 remote, the x10 ir/rf remote. They all fail the same way, leading me to believe the tv is interfering with the receiver. I've swapped out receivers with the same result.
The remotes fail on the first, second, third button push. And then sometime they will finaly get a key through. Very sluggish. And sometimes more responsive than others. But they always work perfectly once the TV is turned off.
Any ideas?
