Perhaps the babes could be re-channeled into video based support. Not that the overall technical quality of support would improve, but one could quickly assess the likelihood of this call providing any useful information. Then there is the call waiting dimension ... .

Fins...it actually just started. I forget which con did it, but I read the article this month. A lot of the girls at those kind of shows are really talented costume makers, so it's disappointing for a lot of them.
