good. I hope other trade shows follow suit. CEDIA is certainly becoming more Female friendly as many sales staffs (like ours) has increased their Estrogen levels, CES not so much (which surprises me). I do not think that we (Ethereal) are alone in this migration and thought process.

You would have to be some kind of giant idiot to have your buying decision based on booth babe's. Those that are or were deserve what they get. Otherwise I see no issue with the models being there. It's not like there are that many anyway. It also adds to me not seeing nothing but you ugly guys all day and making an already boring convention a bit less mundane.

It was my first CEDIA this past year, and I avoided booths with "booth babes" whenever I could. I'm not comfortable at strip clubs, so that probably has something to do with it.
I certainly don't need to be bothered by someone who doesn't know the product that I'm interested in, and just wants to scan my ID badge.

Good riddance. I thought we wanted more women in the biz, to be more professional and be taken more seriously.
If I come across a booth babe it's an immediate ding against the company.
And we can usually pick out the booth babes in suits: pretty women in conservative attire that are presented as employees and coached in talking points but are still booth babes. Not just the Badge Scanner Babes.
Less obvious, I'll give them that.
Know your product, know our business, be on your game. That's hot.

As a sort of social commentary joke, some company should put a bunch of overweight guys in too small cloths out there.
