Vicoustics looks cool. I will say every time i have contacted RPG in the last year I get almost nowhere with them in terms of custom stuff

We did a theater at Madrona with tons of RPG (spec'd by Keith Yates)... We could have basically got the same items from Vicoustics for a hell of a lot less. The pictures don't do Vicoustics justice.

As far as the other stuff being industrial art... mmmmmmmm, yeah.....

I really dig the name Snowsound.

Industrial is definitely the wrong word, I'll go with "functional."

An acoustic engineer who does work for clients like Sony & Dolby Labs is involved so there is some direction with what's required.  The problem is finding something that looks right.

I'm familiar with RPG and have another project in process right now with over 6 figures of their products being installed.  RPG has been contacted about this job but even with their large catalog they just don't have anything that looks right for this house.

Client and designer like the looks of the Snowsound stuff so that's the current direction... just hoped that someone had worked with Snowsound and installed their products before.

Aesthetic is the #1 priority at this property so picking something that looks right is paramount.  The new owners aren't expecting a magical transformation in acoustics, just trying to improve things to make the home more livable.

Would make an impressive bachelor's pad!
