Client bought a house and it has one of these POS in it.
If I can't get into it with a default login / password I'll be switching it out.
Anybody know the defaults. Asking here cause I'm holding on tech support for 40 minutes.

Unfortunately their defaults change all the time. I was in the same situation a couple times and both times I had different codes to enter to reset back to factory

We had to deal with a couple of these a while back. I would suggest to your client to replace it either way.

At ~$100/hr. and 40min hold, that customer lost money that POS DVR was worth brand new :-)
