Put a UBNT LocoM5 on the table on a mini mast. Then run the Loco M5 into a JAP Tx, at the display, mount the LocoM5 to the top of the display, then plug that loco into a JAP Rx. JAP Rx to display. It would be ugly but it would work. So does HDFlow without the ugly ;-)

I used peerless HDflow ONCE. just because there was no other way on earth to get a cable. BUT, i did not work well at first. it was originally installed at a perfect location for me. behind the display and over the hdmi source, about 35ft apart through a wall. i would connect, drop, connect, drop, so i ended up running a 10ft HDMI cable as far as I could on both ends to shorten the wireless gap as much as I could and it worked. now it's like 20ft apart. honestly, i would never use it again, UNLESS, there is absolutely no other possible way.

Did you happen to hide the receiver behind the display? I'd love to hide it, just wondering it would cause an issue
Good to know!! THANKS for the input Yes, we hid them behind the display and they worked perfectly fine. I would be suspect of some TVs putting off interference especially older plasmas but we only used them with LCDs - Sharp and Samsung. The HDS200 is the only one I would ever use. They have a lower end model but it is a pile of junk in my experience.

I have one that is roughly 40 feet away. The transmitter is on the opposite side of a cinder block wall and the room is filled with copper pipes, electrical wiring, and a large amount of ductwork. I prepared the client that it may not work and we'd have to cut, and to be honest I was skeptical. It works perfectly though.

My vote would be for Barco Clickshare, either skus, especially for a commercial setting.
Also, no power would be required at the table as the pucks are USB powered from the laptops. Works great with PC's, Mac's and (optionally) IOS devices.
The larger base station now has software upgrade for Airplay built-in, which is a big plus!

Has anyone tried the ActionTEc that Fred sells? I've heard they work well. I have one NIB that I would like to try on a job where getting a cable is nearly impossible.
Equip: Fujitsu 42" plasma (480p) Marantz SR7001 Cisco cable box
Equipment is appx 22-25' away clear line of site.

I've been using the Peerless unit for about 8 months now with surprisingly good luck. Yes the receiver can be Velcro'd to the back of the TV. The unit can actually send 2 different sources and it also will pass IR as well. The only draw back from the IR stand point is is the sensor is on the front of the receiver so when I need to use it I attach the unit to the TV with the face of the rcvr at the top of the TV and the pick up is pretty good from most IR remotes.

I've used the Iogear to some success....Peerless copied it, with better airflow thru the enclosure. Works better, but the design flaw is...you have to use a Xantac ir kit in order to hide the system behind a tv. Calrads operates on a different frequency, so Xantac is the only option. Not perfect, but does support two inputs, thru walls up to 100' away.

The HDFlow is the only one I use (I don't use wireless often, but have in a pinch) and they have worked out great. We hid the receiver behind the TVs. Yep. +1

Barco Click to Share is the bomb if you are trying to get laptop video to screen in a conference room setting.

Nothing to conference table (in the middle of the room), on a concrete slab... When we ran into someone who had run the wrong wires before finding out what was actually needed (WHY do people do that?), they had to core through the slab. So the question becomes: when you say "slab," do you mean ground floor with no space below? In our situation, it was a concrete floor, the 8th floor to be exact. Coring through was costly and irritating to the people below, who had to clear the area to prevent damage. But WIRE is better than RF. If it's not better now, you risk having this exact problem again when some new technology interferes with the answer you've come up with. This is one of those problems where there's a limited cost of making it work one way, but if it stops working, there's a HUGE price to fixing it. Bite the bullet right now.

I am not sure what you are transmitting over HDMI, But this may be a case where a AM-100 Crestron player will solve your issue. Programming NOT required.
