We do a lot of speaker repairs... We fix a lot of Polk speakers but, I may just say we can't help you from now on.

They will put you on hold forever and of course not return your calls...

Almost like dealing with Comcast!

Did they respond to your email?

They responded to mine at 3:40 this afternoon, two and a half hours after I made that last post. Maybe you should try them again, backing up a phone call with an email.

Just curious, but did you actually need to contact Polk yourself, or did you just email them to prove to Stanley that they are in fact alive and well over there?
