Zohan,
Why you always the one liking some off-the-wall stuff LOL!
Looking thru the reviews on the SuperLivePro, it seems to have a lot of negative reviews from actually people recently (most of the positive ones looked to be old or sponsored type). But if you say it works well, then....

DiamondDog,
Dahua has fallen out of favor for some people the last 2-3 years. I agree with the Zohan, the gDMSS apps suck for the Dahua platform. Not sure what to recommend to you on that one.
By the way - if you have TVI cameras, that is HikVision NOT Dahua. Dahua is CVI. If you do infact have a Hikvision system you could try the Alibi Witness app to see if you like it:

Lol....I dont know man, I like to try things out I guess.
I really have a peeve about interfaces / gui's that some bonehead engineer / developer has made harder than it has to be. I think the superlive app is easy for everyone to use and MOST importantly, is reliable.
You know how I feel about Dahua at this point. I just had a CVI dvr go bad (installed june of 2014) that started before warranty was up and has continued after warranty expired. G4 will not cover it.
F Dahua.

Dahua apps take 2 button presses to open all cams (3 if you want to select different amount of cams being viewed).

Diamond Dog,
What don't you like about SuperlivePro?
To me it's a great app, by far better than any of the dahua based apps like g4mx, g4mx lite, idmss and the whole slew of others that are just like it.
The dahua apps take 4 button presses to open, superlive pro takes 2 and is much faster. The app works great, and google play reviews have it 4.2 on a scale to 5.

Superlive Plus :It's been buggy lately.

I can't increase resolution with the rocket ship icon as it's always greed out now. It defaults to a very low resolution. It only loads 4 out of 8 cameras now for me. It seems slower too.

I did like it when it worked.

SuperLive Pro is having the issue of only 4 out of 8 of my cameras loading

I am of course referring to the Grid views

Which app is that?
What is your button sequence?

Im looking at g4mx lite app and it's 5 presses to view, maybe 1 or 2 less if you set favorites but not positive on that.

Open app (not counted)
1. press hamburger icon
2. press device manager
3. choose client
4. press edit device
5. select live preview

I admit I never looked too hard for a shortcut so if there is one then that is cool, but with Superlive you dont need a shortcut, it's 1 button press to open the cameras if there is only 1 client loaded into the app if you have multiple clients then you choose which one and open.

The rocketship icon for smooth/clear only works with one camera at a time not the grid view.
The rest sounds like a connection issue not an app issue. Are you connected to wifi when that happens or to cell service? If connected to cell service do you have a weak signal?

Pretty much any of the dahua apps I have used, but I have mostly used ICRSS or IDMSS. Open app press the Star button and then the Play button on the desired favorite you setup. It's nice because you an setup different favorites, which for a dealer is nice if you keep an eye on systems for up time.

Now the Luma app by comparison opens up without any button presses needed, BUT it opens up to only one camera. There is no where to change this. So you have to press a button to get multi camera view.

Ok good info, but I just tried with the g4mx lite app on my phone and wasn't working. I'll spend time with it later when I can.

I'll pass on the Luma though.

G4 app is terrible. The IDMSS lite is a lot better.
