I have a customer that is remodeling a boardroom from 1979. Nothing in there now but a white board and some magic markers. I am running a VGA/audio and HDMI to a new display for a hardwire connection.
I am looking for some suggestions on a wireless solution as well to the display for presentations. Its a 25 foot room. Whats everyone using thats reliable and SIMPLE.

Apple TV and/or Chromecast will cover many bases for wireless with the mirroring options. Are they spectacular compared to some real, full-on presentation systems, probably not. Can't be beat for the money though.

In no particular order, these are all the enterprise grade wireless presentation system I know of:

Each has benefits and drawbacks. All are WAY more expensive than Apple TV.

What display are you using, just did a few Epson projectors with their software and the results have been good.

Simple to me means a single Hdmi and vga connection at the table. The system automatically powers on and off based off of the connection status. Cables are permanently installed on spring loaded retractors, so that they don't walk away. Even little details like permanent network and laptop power cables.
