Hi all ... Just want to see if anyone knows of a distributor who has an Optoma H56A in stock ... I have 2 of these sold and later found out it was being discontinued (I thought the H56A was the new version of the H56? ..... Am I missing something here?) ... Also, if anyone has any alternative replacement suggestions (MSRP arround $3999) let me know .... Thanks in advance .....

Is not the H57 not also msrp 4k? A very nice image and I was told by the boys in the Optima booth that they fixed the supid software that serached for sync when you changed inputs ( send RS-232 command to go to RGB input and it will cycle through all inputs ----dumb!!!) Supposedly a new RS-232 protocol as the protocol for the H56A had more holes in it than my roof ( being repaired Monday ). The new DLP chip looked fantastic.

From what I've been told, the H57 is going to retail out at $4999 and will be available in November. It looks like I'm going to have to find a replacement .... suggestions???
