Usually whenever we do a demo program with a builder we do things on a good faith basis, and with them being mostly higher end dealers, have never really had a problem.
We have been approached to do a buildout and demo set-up in a model at a 16 story condo unit. For this, we are definantly interested in getting everything on paper.. ie we own the equipment in the model and can remove it if the realtionship is breeched, get gauranteed pre-wire and only contractor allowed to do pre-wire during finish work unless we agree otherwise w/ customer, get face to face time etc etc etc
question is, do any of you out there have a decent contract written up secifying this type of stuff? I am looking to get a few to pass onto my attorney to colaborate into a good document for us.
We are hoping for a final outcome along the lines of you buy the condo with floorplan a,b,c now choose how many plasmas you want, whole house audio, media room, lutron, elan, etc...and jsut have options for them to pick, and pre-set packages
