Used to have and now can't find:

1. Start app and go right to new threads on my favorite forum

2. Press one icon to Mark All Read

3. Can't figure out how to post a new thread!

Enlighten me please!

I use TapaTalk for IP and my Audi forum so maybe I can help.

1. Start app and go right to new threads on my favorite forum

Once you're in your forum...tap the 3 horizontal bars on top left then choose 'unread' or 'subscribed'.

2. Press one icon to Mark All Read

While in Unread tap the check mark on the top right to mark all as read. Press and hold that check mark for instant mark as read.

3. Can't figure out how to post a new thread!

While in the forum you wish to create a new thread...Tap the 3 dots on the top right to create new thread, unsubscribe or mark as read.

You are describing the app I know and love. I know all that you described. All I can tell you is do not update. You should see all the one star reviews of the new version.

Well damn I used to have auto app update turned on so I figured I had the latest. I guess I lucked out when I got my new phone it turned auto update to off. Sorry, no clue how to rollback.

If you are on an iPhone...

Delete the app off of your phone.
Connect to iTunes.
On iTunes, go to the App section.
Find the app and move it back to the iPhone.
Sync and disable auto update.

When updates are available for other apps, just be sure you skip over this app.

I had to do this to roll back an app because I had auto update enabled. Once I did this procedure, I have back the app that I loved and can read. As the new app was too colorful for my eyes. It was a word guessing game.

Doesn't that just load the same current version?

Thats why you have to delete it off of the iPhone before plugging it into iTunes.

At this point, iTunes itself still has the old version of apps. Unless you clicked on Update on iTunes itself.
