We don't have title companies east of the Mississippi. We use attorneys.

Brendon, have you checked with any credit unions? Here they are usually try to work more with customers. If you can find an S&L still around, check them too. The more independant the lender, the more flexible they can usually be.

Really? She looks malnutritioned to me. Too skinny on the face.

I wouldn't have a problem with that!

Went through some of this when we bought the beach house.

At that time, banks wouldn't make a loan on a condo at all, and getting a loan for a house was damn near impossible.

Our loan came from the credit union we've been members of for years. Turned out to be a fairly easy process, especially so since we had no other debt.

Zero CC balances, zero car payments, and it all gets a lot easier.

I'd say, if you get your numbers looking REALLY good, the process will go better.

Depends on if that one of those Nicole Curtis flips! God she's hot!

I am Mormon and for years I have been asking my wife if I can get another wife. Every candidate that I brought up she shot down.

Then while watching Rehab Addict I said "how about Nicole for wife #2?" To my surprise she said ok....but my feeling is she just wants a new kitchen and bathrooms.
If you are going to do the job...why not do it the right way?

Not really the same as western states where laws have been based more on Spanish influence. At one time I had to learn all the differences to pass the state real estate exam.

It's like most eastern states don't actually have mortgages, even though that's the word everyone uses. Most technically use a combination of a promissory note and a deed of trust.

I don't understand how you'd want multiple wives. There are days I stop and run the numbers on what it would cost to get rid of the one. ;)

One wife is enough!
If I had two I'd probably work 24/7 just to have some time to myself!

I'm not sure why your having a problem.

When I moved to Oregon,I didn't even have a job, although my wife did (she was able to transfer)

We did have about 50% down and didn't have any issues other than it was a "short sale" and took about six months to close!

Because they are worth it.

And I agree....polygamy is insane...literally.

A second wife is twice as crazy as a first wife. The best case scenario for 2 women in your life is if your girlfriend has a girlfriend. Hopefully they fulfill each others emotional needs and only need you for their physical needs.
