I'm out of ideas for the elf to do this year. Wondering if anyone has some new ideas. I absolutely hate that stupid elf

Lol.....the elf is awesome!
First thing my son does every morning is look for him.

No new ideas though, except make him go upside down for a minor twist.

My sister in law brought that red headed bastard into our house last year without notice. She sure enough brought it up again this year and left it here. I do not care for it either. It keeps the kids occupied for a few minutes a day while they look to see where we hid it. But that is about as far as it gets. Maybe one of these days I will do something controversial with it just to get a reaction. My wife is mostly in charge. But I will move that thing if she forgets. Just so I do not have to hear about it. :)

A couple years ago, my wife decided that the elf needs to do pranks like she had seen on Pinterest. The worst part, she goes to bed shortly after the kids, so I get to wait up to take care of the thing. Over the Christmases. We've decorated the Christmas tree with the kids underwear, left the kids messages on the bathroom mirror, drawn on their faces with markers, given them red noses like Rudolph, , just to list some that pop in my mind. One year, spider man and some other action figures captured the elf one night and taped him to the patio door with band aids. I thought it was a funny idea until my son cried because even Spider-Man isn't supposed to touch the elf

Now there's a problem right there...F-ing Pinterest.
From what i've seen it's a useless site where women can post pictures and comments about hairstyles, recipes, real housewives and generally everything that means nothing.

I forgot a couple good ones. I wrote on the kids bathroom counter with toothpaste, and last year I completely covered their bedroom doors with streamers. Two rolls per door. When they woke up in the morning they couldn't get out of their rooms.

Zohan is right. Pinterest is the devil.
