Their mix looks awesome and appears to be growing, based on the website. Anyone selling or get set up with them yet?

I think I have 2-3 clients who would even entertain the thought of a $5,000 massage chair etc, but who knows.

AND they offer a Metallica pinball machine, I'm in!!

I'm sure all of us only sell The Finest Brands. Just ask us.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

I find their whole... "The Finest Brands" spiel, to be a bit off-putting. Seems like they're trying to appeal to the highly status conscious.

Couple this with the fact that I own 4 pinball machines, regularly buy and sell, and the finest pinball brand they offer... Stern, happens to also be the least fine pinball brand, as Stern is also the only pinball manufacturer still in business. LOL

Personally I don't care for Stern machines, and would much rather purchase any of a large selection of used machines, and refurbish them, or have them refurbished. If they offered something more like that, I'd give them higher marks for offering premium product. Instead they offer to do things like put chrome legs on a machine. Pleaseeee..... Spare me the premium product malarkey if that is what you consider premium. Replace all the bulbs with LED's, use heavier duty solenoids for the flippers, etc., plenty of premium upgrades that would really make a difference (by making it so the customers don't have to open the machine and service it every month), but instead they focus on fluffy "add some chrome".

From my perspective they look like a big gimmick trying to sell high end goods using a retread of the Sears "Good, Better, Best" philosopy, by only offering the "Best".

Well that does it for me. Guess I will be looking for a different line to carry.

Actually, I thought the exact same thing, thought it was stupid, but several reputable dealers swear by them so I think there's something there. Worth exploring.

I/we Signed up at CEDIA, and I partook in their Training Session the beginning of this month in Denver.

They have some great options for high end game rooms (Olhausen and Darafeev).

Their 'Memorabilia' from Signature Royale I think will also be a great opportunity.

The rest of the lines are a bit more questionable...but you never know.

For my current business/clients most would consider the stuff far to 'expensive', but there are some things that I hope will turn into significant incremental revenue streams over the next year or so once our showroom/office space is up and running. I also hope that the program succeeds and they will have the pull it sounds like they might to create special 'industry' packages/editions at more mid market price points (specifically with regard to the game tables).

Some of their categories probably won't work well...but at the same time, I've gotten many unique requests from clients over the years for referrals to someone who provides such and such.

- want to know more feel free PM or email me.

Training is a grand, or last I was told. Hopefully they offer that as a credit on your first order.

You're right... Jersey Jack is now making some machines. They are using tools they bought from Bally & Williams, so the quality should be a bit better than Stern. I played their Wizard of Oz machine... pretty cool. Their playfield lighting is also LED, so it will last years without needing service.

So Yeah, "The Best Brands", at least as far as pinball is concerned... I don't think they're offering the best brand.

That, and a couple of those horrible looking massage chairs. Hope they fit in my single-wide!

I'll set up the lions-head pool table outside in the carport.
