I think a Crestron processor and the new app customized exactly to your liking. This solution will probably also be one of the most expensive you could choose from. RTI would also be a decent solution.

I have used On Controls in three bars now with Just Add Power. I will post some screen shots later.

Guess it all depends on what control system you use now and if there are any limits on what you want to the GUI flow to do?

We use RTI on all our sports bar installs. As long as the programming is solid, so will the user experience be as well

We have controlled in one bar:
15 Directv boxes w\IP feedback showing what current ch, name & title.
3 FiOS boxes
JBL Amps
Neo Matrix
DBXPro - 5 zones
RGB Lighting
2 Projectors
65 TVs

To do Anything in the GUI is under 2 clicks. Can post some pics if your interested

2.6 for control4 offeres some nice features to lock out the touch panels, shortly there will different UIs per code entered, not sure when it will be availible but its "soon"

C4 w/ JAP will be a nice system.

Crestron or RTI if you want super customization of UI's and floor plans

C4 + JAP + BlackWire Quick Control :) Keep in mind unfortunately this UI isn't on the iPad though so it wont work for this dealer

Is OnControls iRule now?

They are basically the same - On Controls is for installer/resellers and iRule is the end user version.

I don't know much beyond that. I was going to become an on controls dealer but have been too busy to follow up on it.

Irule has a forum for support, On Controls has actual number for tech support. On Controls has their own hardware with more robust processring. Bascially Global Cache with a slightly better processor and they auto discover. iRule you have to setup Global Cache just like you normally would. On Controls also has more 2-way drivers, etc.
